God created Man and Woman with a firm belief that both will play a joint role be it supplementary or complementary as per the need. Today the human society with rich and time tested experiences has been able to acknowledge and affirm the right balance between the two.

In this context the fact that Indian Civilization has been in the forefront for bringing the changes especially for women folks now and then is undisputed. A slow revolution of a kind is happening right now with regard to the Muslim women.

The process of self assertion cannot be abrupt and sudden. Pragmatism helps when majority of the people come under the preview. With Minorities it's a delicate tight rope walk. Fall if it results, will affect the country badly.

The issue regarding women always has two aspects of first being emotional and second social compulsions. They don't prefer to come out so easily out of both because of the price they have to pay for being born into certain set of belief, for example the practice of Sati took a long time till the abolition of it . So instead of the court deciding what the woman should wear let their own cultural and religious board decide what they are willing to. Democratic ways many a time do not necessarily reflect the actual state of mind.

As regards the present stalemate of educational institutions turning communal to follow the government orders is pathetic. The heads of schools/ colleges need a secular approach as the more stringent the policies more the damages to the quality and imparting of knowledge .

Radicalisation as a collective effort to support own causes will end up in self harm. Keeping this mind the Parents/ Religious leaders/ the influencers should guide the youngsters or just leave them to take to future without their intervention. This holds true because in recent times Women have been used as crusaders as depicted in the above picture.

As a leaving note let me call out to all the Modern Muslim Women who have broken all the restrictions to advise the youngsters to come out or if they support this cause , make the Modernised women follow what their religion wants them to do. One Rule for all. Practice what you preach.
